How your return works:
- Fill in all required fields in the DHL Returns Portal (available only within Germany) and confirm your details by clicking the [ Next ] button.
- DHL will send the return label directly to you by email.
- You can then open the return label as a PDF document and print it out. Alternatively, show the QR code on your smartphone at a branch, parcel shop, to your delivery driver, or at a Packstation. DHL will print the label for you.
- Please pack the products carefully and use an outer box. Affix the return label clearly visible to the parcel (preferably remove or cover the old shipping label).
- You can drop off the parcel at your nearest branch, parcel shop, give it to your delivery driver, or place it in a Packstation. Thank you!
- Once your return has been received by us, a credit note will be issued and sent to the registered email address. The refund will be made via your chosen payment method.
- We charge the cost price of €6.90 for the DHL return label. This amount will be deducted from your refund.

IMPORTANT NOTES: Unpaid parcels will generally be refused and cannot be accepted at our shipping warehouse. Direct exchanges are not possible. If you would like a product in a different size or colour, please place a new order and return the original product. If you wish to make a complaint about a delivered item, please use our Complaint Form.
