    * Due to the current world situation, the capacity for international parcels is very limited. This leads to long transit times and high shipping prices. Therefore, we can only offer worldwide shipping to a few countries. You can find the current list of countries in the shopping cart under "Calculate shipping costs outside Germany".
  • Delivery to Packstation or Postfiliale possible?

    You can send your order to any DHL Packstation or Postfiliale. Simply select the point "DHL Packstation/Postfiliale" at the different shipping address and enter the data. Optionally, you can find the best Packstation or Postfiliale near you by clicking the button [search Packstation/Postfiliale]. Delivery to a mailbox is not possible.

  • Which payment methods are offered?


    Prepayment ( - 3% )

    In the shopping cart, a 3% discount is automatically deducted from the value of goods. We will send you our bank details with the order confirmation email. After receipt of payment, the goods (if completely in stock) will be shipped immediately. With the delivery time information you must add the delay by the payment process (1-2 working days).

    PayPal / PayPal Express

    In the order process you will be redirected to the website of the online provider PayPal. To pay the invoice amount via PayPal, you must be registered there or register first, legitimize with your access data and confirm the payment instruction to us. Alternatively, you can directly use the PayPal Express button to access your address data at PayPal. Your PayPal account will be debited upon completion of the order.

    Credit card

    Your credit card details are transferred to the credit card company by our partner Stripe Technology Europe Ltd and are not stored temporarily. After your legitimation as a legitimate cardholder through the 3D-Secure procedure, the payment transaction is automatically carried out and your card is charged.

    Amazon pay

    In the ordering process, you will be redirected to the website of the online provider Amazon even before completing the ordering process in our online store. In order to complete the order process and pay the invoice amount via Amazon, you must be registered there or register first and legitimize yourself with your access data. There you can select the delivery address and payment method stored at Amazon, confirm the use of your data by Amazon and the payment instruction to us. You will then be redirected back to our online store, where you can complete the ordering process. Immediately after the goods have been shipped, we will request Amazon to initiate the payment transaction./td>
  • How do I check my order status?

    Log in to your customer account via 'My account'. If you have made a guest order, this option is not available. In the account you will find under the point 'Orders' the current order status and all other information about your order.

  • How long is the delivery time?

    If a product is "In stock" the delivery time within Germany is only 1-2 business days. If a product is not in stock in sufficient numbers at our shipping warehouse, it will be ordered for you from the manufacturer. The expected delivery time within Germany is displayed on the detail page of the product and in the shopping cart. For deliveries abroad you have to add the longer delivery time of the packages to the delivery time. If you choose the payment method "Prepayment", the delivery will be delayed by 1-2 business days due to the payment process. If unexpected delivery delays occur, you will be informed separately.

  • When does a partial delivery occur?

    Usually we ship your order completely. If products are ordered with different delivery times, we can make a free partial delivery within Germany. Please contact us separately if you want a partial delivery. Free partial deliveries are not possible outside of Germany.

  • What is the process of a return?

    Process of a return:

    • Fill in all fields in the DHL Returns Portal and confirm your details with the [Next] button.
    • Now you can open the return label as a PDF document and print it out.
      Alternatively, you can show the QR code with your smartphone at Deutsche Post offices, parcel carriers, parcelshops or packstations of DHL to print the label.
    • Please pack the products carefully - preferably in the original packaging and stick the DHL return label clearly visible on the package (if possible, remove or stick over the old package label).
    • You can hand over the package at the nearest Deutsche Post offices, parcel carriers, parcelshops or packstations of DHL. Many Thanks!
    • Once your return has arrived, a credit note will be issued and sent to the registered email address. The credit amount will be refunded via your chosen payment method.

    Note: A direct exchange is not possible. If you wish a product e.g. in a different color or size, just make a new order and send back the other product. If you want to complain about a delivered product, please use our complaint form.

  • How vouchers work?


    Vouchers can be placed and purchased in the shopping bag as products. The vouchers (double-sided card / dimensions 21 x 9.8 cm) will be sent by post or in a package with the other products (delivery time 1-2 business days). Alternatively, the voucher can also be sent by e-mail, as a PDF file to print yourself. For the pdf-voucher please leave a short note in the comment field of the shopping bag.

    • Have the voucher code (e.g. LFJAPG4G) available
    • Place the desired items (at least in the voucher value or higher) in the shopping bag
    • Then press the button [ Edit your bag ]
    • Enter the code in the field [ enter voucher code ] and confirm by clicking on the symbol [ > ]
    • The voucher is displayed as a position in the shopping bag and the value deducted from the total amount


    The voucher can only be completely charged with a single order. A negative order value is not possible, so no partial payment of the voucher value. Also excluded are cash payments of a voucher.

  • Where is my package? DHL shipment tracking.

    Your package was shipped via  . With the >> DHL shipment tracking >> KLICK! you keep your parcel in view and can always check the status of your shipment. You will need the DHL tracking number that you received with the shipping confirmation e-mail.
