Zone Denmark - form and function
With Zone Denmark, discover your love for clear statements and elegant, clean lines. Fresh colours and exceptional materials make the young brand a guaranteed winner for your bathroom and other living spaces. Zone encapsulates Danish design, which, as a conscious policy, does not shy away from the influences of trends, but rather adopts them in timeless form, thus creating its very own brand DNA. These little enhancements to your home are of extremely high quality. They are simply shaped and simple to use; the colours are varied; the lines are elegant. So, soap dispensers, bathroom bins or toilet brushes work particularly well as part of an ensemble, but each design from the Nova Ume or Pisa lines also has an individual appeal.
The company Zone Denmark
In 1998, the company from Viborg first launched its vision of renewing Scandinavian design conventions. The focus on stylish, useful accessories for the kitchen and the bathroom was there right from the beginning. Zone soap dispensers have been part of the collections since the very first moments of the company's existence. Plastic, stoneware, hard porcelain or stainless-steel alternate in a meaningful sequence. The colour concept is carefully thought out, but not too conservative. After some initial success in the first decade of the new millennium, various circumstances led to the Zone Denmark brand's transfer into new hands. With F & H of Scandinavia, Zone Denmark has had a strong sales partner at its side since 2009. The brand fits perfectly into the portfolio of a wholesaler specialising in Scandinavian design, including brands such as Bitz, Södahl, Morsø or Lyngby Glas.
The designers behind the soap dispensers and toilet brushes
A brand presents itself as young and innovative, when the product designers who design for it fit this description. Following this aegis, Zone Denmark successfully uses a balanced mix of experience and dynamic youth in its selection of designers. Thomas Dudzinski is one of them; Nova One is the name of his bath series for Zone. The designs look particularly authentic with a humorous touch, such as the massive soap pad or the shower cleaner, which seems to have been poured and cast from one piece. The Danish design trio VE2 is responsible for the bathroom collection Ume. The shapes of soap dispensers, bathroom bins and toilet brushes all fall somewhere between industrial and purist in terms of design. The trio, which has already designed for Skagerak furniture, put great emphasis on purism and functionality. The Zone collection also includes small furniture by VE2, such as the A-Rack hook bar, the A-Table side table or the A-Stool stool.
