Please use the complaint form (see below) and send us the following information:
Your order data
In addition to your name and the email address, we need the order number and the article number of all affected products. The numbers can be found in the order confirmation e-mail or on the invoice.
Exact error description and suggested solution
Give us a brief description of what the error or defect is and select a proposed solution (replacement delivery; credit note; price reduction).
Document the defect with meaningful photos and send us these with the complaint form. Alternatively, you can send the photos by email to firstname.lastname@example.org (subject: your order number). Due to the photos in most cases no return is necessary.
Your complaint will be processed by us within 24 hours (Mon.-Fri.) And you will receive feedback on the following procedure.
