Your order data
In addition to your name and the email address, we need the order number and the article number of all affected products. The numbers can be found in the order confirmation e-mail or on the invoice.
Exact error description and suggested solution
Give us a brief description of which defect is present and which solution you would prefer: replacement, credit or discount.
Photos by email
Document the defect with meaningful photos and send the photos by email to firstname.lastname@example.org (subject: your order number). In most cases, no return is necessary.
Your complaint will be processed by us within 24 hours (Mon.-Fri.) And you will receive feedback on the following procedure.
