Our Christmas service

  • Fast and climate friendly delivery with DHL

    Orders placed bevor 1 pm are dispatched on the same working day. The parcel delivery time with DHL is usually 1-2 working days within Germany.*

  • Extended return until 15 January 2026

    Our non-binding return policy allows you to return items shipped between 1 November and 31 December 2025 by 15 January 2026 (you will be responsible for the direct cost of returning the items).

  • Shipping promise before Christmas

    All orders (for items in stock) received by Monday, 22 December 2025 until 11 am will still be handed over to the parcel service on time. DHL delivers them before Christmas*

  • Gift wrapping

    Simply use our gift service and and have selected products wrapped in Scandinavian gift wrap. You also have the option of having a personal greeting printed on the delivery note.

* A delivery address within Germany is required. The shipping promise only applies if the order contains only goods that are in stock (i.e. display of availability in the shopping basket: in stock) and the payment method prepayment is not selected. Please note that we promise to hand over the parcels to DHL on time (i.e. the last delivery time for a pre-Christmas delivery will be met), but the delivery itself is in the hands of DHL and we cannot guarantee this.
