Vibram is a trademark of the Italian company of the same name, headquartered in Albizzate (Varese province), for abrasion-resistant rubber shoe soles. Originally they were used mainly on mountain boots. More recently, they are widely used on sports, hiking and winter footwear of many manufacturers.

As a first product, he developed a classic rubber boot in collaboration with farmers. This boot was intended to perfectly protect against bad weather, like rain, snow and moisture.
The word Viking (Wikinger) stands for a person from Viken. Viken is the historical name referring to the area around Oslofjord in the southeast of Norway. In Norway it is believed that a person from Viken is a Viking. However, this assumption has not been confirmed historically.
Since its founding, Viking Footwear has been a down-to-earth business that attaches great importance to sturdy and comfortable shoes. Packstation or Postfiliale
You can send your order to any DHL Packstation or Postfiliale. Simply select the point "DHL Packstation/Postfiliale" at the different shipping address and enter the data. Optionally, you can find the best Packstation or Postfiliale near you by clicking the button [search Packstation/Postfiliale]. Delivery to a mailbox is not possible.
Partial deliveries
We always deliver your order in full. If products with different delivery times are ordered, we can make a partial delivery within Germany (the additional shipping costs are 6.95 euros). If the invoice amount per partial delivery is over 69.00 euros, we will cover the additional shipping costs. Partial deliveries outside Germany are not possible.
Please contact us separately if you would like a partial delivery.
Delivery time display
The delivery times within Germany are displayed on the detail pages of the products and in the shopping cart. In addition, the availability of the products is indicated in the automatic order confirmation e-mail. For deliveries abroad you have to add the longer delivery time of the packages to the delivery time. If you choose the payment method "Prepayment", the delivery will be delayed by 1-2 business days due to the payment process.
The delivery time of your entire order is determined by the product with the longest delivery time. Products that are not "In stock" will be ordered for you from the manufacturer. If unexpected delivery delays occur, you will be informed separately.
Switzerland and non-EU countriess
Swiss customers and non-EU customers do not pay the German VAT (19%) and will receive a net invoice. The VAT is levied on the country, mostly by the customs authorities. How your return works:
- Fill in all required fields in the DHL Returns Portal (available only within Germany) and confirm your details by clicking the [ Next ] button.
- DHL will send the return label directly to you by email.
- You can then open the return label as a PDF document and print it out. Alternatively, show the QR code on your smartphone at a branch, parcel shop, to your delivery driver, or at a Packstation. DHL will print the label for you.
- Please pack the products carefully and use an outer box. Affix the return label clearly visible to the parcel (preferably remove or cover the old shipping label).
- You can drop off the parcel at your nearest branch, parcel shop, give it to your delivery driver, or place it in a Packstation. Thank you!
- Once your return has been received by us, a credit note will be issued and sent to the registered email address. The refund will be made via your chosen payment method.
- We charge the cost price of €6.90 for the DHL return label. This amount will be deducted from your refund.
