PLEASE NOTE: Do not use wire bottle brushes when cleaning the glass insert. The glass walls are sensitive, and any scratch marks may be the cause of a later explosion. Before filling hot liquids, you should preheat the insulating can to avoid extreme temperature fluctuations that can cause the glass insert to burst. After use, clean the glass only by rinsing it with clear water.

He worked intensively with the heritage of Arne Jacobsen his Cylinda-Line. EM took to the strict form of the classic design and formed a cylindrical jug, which has a slightly smooth shape. Peter Holmblad and EM tinkered long to the refined and unique rocker stopper of the now world famous jug.
Thanks production experience by Cylinda-Line, Stelton had the know-how to form such a large cylindrical stainless steel body.
In 1977 the jug was first offered in the stainless steel version with the appropriate accessories such as milk jug and sugar bowl. The colorful and shiny plastic coating for the jug first appeared in 1979 in three colors. The color palette was gradually extended and since 2008 there is the jug again and again offered in limited editions with seasonal colors.
Since 1986, there are in addition to the liter version also has a half-liter version. In 2005, the jug was presented with a soft-touch cover and since 2013, it is also with polished metal colors available such as copper and brass.
The jug by the Danish designer Erik Magnussen is one of the largest Scandinavian design icons like the Aalto vase and the dishes range Teema from Iittala.
It has won several awards and is found in many design museums.

Packstation or Postfiliale
You can send your order to any DHL Packstation or Postfiliale. Simply select the point "DHL Packstation/Postfiliale" at the different shipping address and enter the data. Optionally, you can find the best Packstation or Postfiliale near you by clicking the button [search Packstation/Postfiliale]. Delivery to a mailbox is not possible.
Partial deliveries
We always deliver your order in full. If products with different delivery times are ordered, we can make a partial delivery within Germany (the additional shipping costs are 6.95 euros). If the invoice amount per partial delivery is over 69.00 euros, we will cover the additional shipping costs. Partial deliveries outside Germany are not possible.

Delivery time display
The delivery times within Germany are displayed on the detail pages of the products and in the shopping cart. In addition, the availability of the products is indicated in the automatic order confirmation e-mail. For deliveries abroad you have to add the longer delivery time of the packages to the delivery time. If you choose the payment method "Prepayment", the delivery will be delayed by 1-2 business days due to the payment process.
The delivery time of your entire order is determined by the product with the longest delivery time. Products that are not "In stock" will be ordered for you from the manufacturer. If unexpected delivery delays occur, you will be informed separately.
Switzerland and non-EU countriess
Swiss customers and non-EU customers do not pay the German VAT (19%) and will receive a net invoice. The VAT is levied on the country, mostly by the customs authorities. How your return works:
- Fill in all required fields in the DHL Returns Portal (available only within Germany) and confirm your details by clicking the [ Next ] button.
- DHL will send the return label directly to you by email.
- You can then open the return label as a PDF document and print it out. Alternatively, show the QR code on your smartphone at a branch, parcel shop, to your delivery driver, or at a Packstation. DHL will print the label for you.
- Please pack the products carefully and use an outer box. Affix the return label clearly visible to the parcel (preferably remove or cover the old shipping label).
- You can drop off the parcel at your nearest branch, parcel shop, give it to your delivery driver, or place it in a Packstation. Thank you!
- Once your return has been received by us, a credit note will be issued and sent to the registered email address. The refund will be made via your chosen payment method.
- We charge the cost price of €6.90 for the DHL return label. This amount will be deducted from your refund.
