  • How long does delivery take?

    Shipment within Germany: 1-3 working days

    Usually orders until 12 a.m. (CET) will be shipped the same business day. The DHL package reaches you within 1-3 working days within Germany. For deliveries abroad we need 4-15 working days, due to the different running time of the packets. If a product has a longer delivery time, this will depend on the product detail page and in the shopping cart screen.

  • Do you deliver to packing stations?

    We deliver to pakcing stations. Please enter the adress of the packing station as the delivery address. You can enter the PostNummer in the "Additional address field".

  • What payment methods are there?

    Prepayment( - 3 ) Preypayment ( - 3% )
    You will automatically receive a 3% discount on the value of goods. After completion the order we will send you an e-mail with all necessary information for your transfer. A bank transfer within Germany takes 1-2 business days for international transfers 2-4 business days. If your payment is credited to our account, your goods (if available) will ship immediately.
    Note: Prepayment is not available in all supplier countries. Please remember to transfer in EURO.

    We accept Visa and MasterCard. The credit card will be charged with completing the order. You have a high data protection because your personal data will only be used for the purchase process (no caching) and the data is transmitted using the latest encryption methods.
    Note: Most credit cards require a second security code (3-D Secure).
    PayPal Paypal
    When you pay via PayPal, you will automatically be forwarded to your PayPal account after the order is completed. Alternatively, you can directly use the PayPal Express button to access your address data at PayPal. Your PayPal account will be charged after the order has been placed.
    Note: PayPal is not available in all supplier countries.

    Shop quickly and easily and use information stored in your Amazon account. Pay safely without entering your shipping and billing information. They are protected by the A to Z Guarantee - like when shopping at Amazon. The amazon account will be charged after the order has been sent.
  • How do I check my order status?

    Log in to 'My account' in your customer account. (If you have placed an order without creating an account, you have no such possibility.) In the account you go into the area 'My orders'. There you will see all the information about your orders and the order status.

  • How long is the delivery time?

    If a product is not in stock at our warehouse in sufficient numbers, it will be ordered for you. The expected delivery time within Germany is displayed on the product detail page, in your shopping cart and in the order confirmation e-mail. For deliveries abroad you need to add the longer running time of the packets. You will be notified separately when unexpected delays occur.

  • When it comes to a partial delivery?

    Usually we ship your order completely. If you order products with different delivery times, we can make a free part delivery. Contact us if you want a partial delivery. Free partial deliveries abroad are not possible.

  • How do the returns?

    Free return through our DHL Returns Portal within Germany:

    Procedure of a return:

    • Fill out the fields in the DHL Returns Portal and click the [Next] button. Then you can open the return label as a PDF document and print it.

    • Please pack all items carefully - preferably in its original packaging and stick the return label clearly visible on the package. (If possible, remove or tape over the old shipping label)

    • The package can be handed in to a packing station, the nearest DHL office or you leave it to the DHL delivery man. Thank you!

    • When the return arrives, a credit is created. The credit amount will be refunded via the payment method you previously selected.

    NOTE: A direct exchange is not possible. If you want a product in a different color or size, you simply make a new order and return the other product back to us.
    (Please note that the above information does not constitute mandatory requirements for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.)

  • How can I redeem my coupon?

    Please keep the coupon code (eg LFJAPG4G) ready while your order. In the shopping cart the code is entered in the field "coupon number" and confirmed with the blue arrow button. Now the coupon is displayed in the shopping cart.
    NOTE: The coupon can only be fully offset with a single order. A negative order is not possible, so no partial redemption of coupon.

  • Where is my package? DHL shipment tracking.

    Your package was shipped via DHL. With the DHL tracking (Click here!) you keep your parcel in view and can always check the status of your shipment. You will need the DHL tracking number that you received with the shipping confirmation e-mail.
