Klippan - Smålandsskog

Smålandsskog means Småland forest. Exactly this wanted to show the Swedish textile designer Tina Bachman. On Deep Blue you see mountains, elk, trees and passing clouds. Småland extends from Älmhult in the south to Jönköping. Jönköping is situated on the famous Swedish Vättern. Tina used the deep sea blue as the base color for this pattern. Through the forest wealth, many glassworks have settled in Småland. The Glasriket at Växjö with such well known names like Kosta Boda and Orrefors are world famous till this day. Tina has created a tribute with Smålandsskog to the beautiful landscape in southern Sweden.
